Message	the best. If you're planning to mod >500RWHP, it would make sense to buy a <'95. Otherwise there's no disadvantage to a '96. I was in the same boat three years back. I came across a mint '96 that I bought after a bit of deliberation and have been very happy with my decision. Some folks claim that '96 were 280BHP but mine put down close to 282RWHP at Stage II which is 330BHP and right on the money with Nissan's claim of 300BHP stock.
